The Ideal burner consist of 21 different parts. All parts are made in our factory near Rotterdam. 
After a series of forming and shaping actions the individual parts are made. 
Because they are to small to polish on the buffing wheel, they are trown in the vibrating machine. Which polishes the parts nice and bright.
